Thinking of putting a extension or a loft conversion on your house? We can submit plans of your house to the local council for a reasonable price. Our services offer everything you need to get that all important planning permission.
First of all we will make an appointment to meet at your house for a personal chat about your proposals and costs to see if they are viable, and if they are we will then conduct a survey of the property to get the ball rolling. It normally takes from 2-3 weeks to get the house drawn up as existing and as proposed on CAD and a copy in the post to you for the final check before being submitted for planning permission approval. On average a decision is made within 4-5 weeks of submission for a approval or a rejection.
If planning permission is successful and you want building regulations drawn up for the builder we can supply them with engineers calculations for structural steel, ring beams, piles etc. at a competitive price.
Our building surveyor for building regs is a sub contractor so all building regulation prices are + VAT. This has two advantages, firstly it keeps the prices low because they have to compete for everything, and secondly you still get the complete package under one company, so let us get you the best prices by doing all the chasing.
