Here at capital draughting we offer the service of a complete survey of office and residential premises, this includes;
- Existing floor plans
- Elevations
- North point
- Drainage (where visible)
- Tree location if applicable
- Many digital photographs
If you are a busy architectural company or building surveyor with not enough hours in the day this service is for you. All you need to know is in this package and you will not have to go to site until late in the day.
All layouts are burnt on to a disk with many digital photos and a copy of the original survey provided at extremely competitive rates.
This service also applies to all estate agents who need floor plans of flats/apartments/industrial units to show in the shop window. You can supply the survey or we can survey the premises and produce quality A4 colour drawings with all the necessary information for selling.
Most drawings can be produced fairly quick for a quick turn around for our clients, for surveying out side of the Essex area we can manage this no problem but needs to be coordinated, so a telephone call is appreciated.
